# Trial User Registration & Login

KEY4C Secure Folder provides a trial version so that users can experience the service firsthand.

**Important Notice**

* Trial accounts and data may be deleted or reset without prior notice.
* Please do not store important data in the trial environment and keep separate backups of any necessary information.
* To improve service quality, Agent execution logs, error logs, and usage history may be collected.
* Due to the nature of the trial service, certain features may be limited, and service disruptions or data loss may occur.

## 1. Registration Page Guide

To access the Secure Folder trial service, \
please sign up or log in using your **email address** and **password**.

**Email Address**

* Enter the email address you will use for registration or login.
* After registration, this email address will be used as your account ID.

**Password**

* Enter the password you will use to access the service.
* For the trial version, please set your password to **Test2026@@**.

**Terms of Service Agreement (Required)**

* You must agree to the Terms of Service to use the service.
* Registration and login will be restricted if you do not agree to the Terms of Service.

To support error analysis, service quality improvement, and technical support, the trial version may collect **Agent execution logs, error logs, feature usage history, operating system (OS) version information, Agent version information, and other environment-related data** required for service operation.

Compared to the official release, the trial version may have limited functionality and may be subject to service disruptions or data loss. Users must acknowledge and agree to these conditions before using the service.

## **2.** Features Available After Login

Once registration or login is completed, you will be redirected to the Secure Folder Trial main page.\
On this page, you can view **your account information, download the Agent, and access the user guide.**

**Agent Download**\
\- The Secure Folder Agent must be installed before you can use Secure Folder.\
\- Click **\[Download Agent]** → Review the usage notice → Click **\[Agree]** → Download the installation file → Run the installer → Complete the installation and launch the Agent.

#### Agent Update

When a newer version of the Secure Folder Agent becomes available, click the \[Download Agent] button on this page to download the latest installation package and update your Agent.

**View User Guide**\
\- Click **\[View User Guide]** to access the Secure Folder user guide.

**Sign Out**\
\- Click **\[Sign Out]** to sign out of your current account.\
\- After logging out, you will need to sign in again to use the service.
